Having listened to and gathered input from more than 250 customers who daily deal with higher productivity demands, it became crystal clear that acquisition systems that are easy to use are highly desirable. These needs are directly addressed and solved in PULSE 13.

Easy to Set Up and Operate
With innovative LAN-XI Data Acquisition Hardware, designed with ease of use as a primary parameter, you’ll experience faster setup and better measurement quality. Fewer cables and less hardware not only save you time but also give you more flexibility. The modular hardware can be used as a stand-alone, single-module front-end, as part of a distributed module setup, or collected in 11-module frames. You can use the same equipment to make multichannel measurements using several large rack systems one day, and a simpler two-channel measurement system using a single module the next. Just configure and reconfigure according to the nature of the test job whether it be in the lab or in the field. And if you want to get closer to your test object, just remove individual modules from the rack and replace long transducer cables with LAN cables. One system does it all. However, an easy-to-use front-end is not enough – the whole measurement chain has to be optimised.

Easiest-to-use Analyzer in the World
PULSE 13 incorporates Smart Start, where PULSE configuration and project setup can be performed in one view and requires the mere click of a button to make a measurement. The optimised workflow in PULSE 13 significantly benefits new and experienced users involved in the post-analysis of measured data. After the introduction of Smart Start in PULSE 12, some users hailed PULSE as “the easiest-to-use analyzer in the world”. We took up the challenge of making it even better in PULSE 13, and put special focus on handling analysis functions and results and displaying data. As a result, PULSE is easier than ever to start and operate.
