Dave Bogema
With 12 years of automotive noise and vibration testing experience as a consultant, Dave brings great deal of automotive NVH expertise in the areas of sound quality, noise path analysis (SPC), sound simulation, target setting, powertrain and driveline NVH, automotive interior noise and full-vehicle NVH to Brüel & Kjær. Dave has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and started his career in the SDRC Advanced Test and Analysis group in Detroit, which later became the MTS Noise and Vibration Division. While working primarily on automotive consulting projects including modal analysis, target setting, sound quality and jury studies, developing test specifications for driveline NVH measurements and target setting for an OEM, and managing full-vehicle NVH development, he has also worked on sound and vibration concerns with products as varied as refrigerators, lawn mowers, golf clubs and large machinery.
Dave is based in Detroit, and will now be bringing this experience to bear as a Brüel & Kjær application engineer focusing on the Sources-Path-Contribution and Simulator products, along with sound quality.
